At Arrive Market, it’s important to us that you have a great experience. While we do not accept general returns, we will consider returns on gently used or opened products on a case-by-case basis. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, no problem - we’ll gladly make it right. Get in touch with our customer support team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. After that time, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
For replacements of incorrect or damaged items, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and cover shipping for the new items. For all other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number for your reference.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
